About Joey Morales

Joey Morales is the founder of Crestmark Capital Group LLC, a Florida-based real estate investment company focused on ethical multifamily acquisitions and helping property owners explore practical solutions during challenging situations.

Joey's interest in real estate was shaped through personal experience. After suffering an injury that affected his ability to work, he experienced the challenges and emotional stress associated with foreclosure firsthand. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how quickly financial hardship can affect property owners and families, particularly when they feel they have limited options.

Rather than allowing those challenges to define his future, Joey used them as motivation to rebuild, pursue education, and develop a career in commercial real estate investing.

From Our Founder

My name is Joey Morales, founder of Crestmark Capital Group. After spending more than 40 years serving people in my career, I chose to build this company around one simple principle: people matter more than transactions. Many apartment owners have invested decades of hard work into properties they purchased in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. Those buildings represent years of sacrifice, long nights, and countless challenges. When the time comes to sell, I believe they deserve more than a quick offer from a large investment company or the uncertainty of a traditional sales process. They deserve honesty, respect, and someone who will listen first.
My goal is to create a straightforward, professional experience where owners can sell directly without repairs, without paying real estate commissions, and without unnecessary pressure. Every conversation begins with understanding your goals, not mine. Whether we ultimately do business together or not, I want every owner to feel they were treated fairly and with integrity. Crestmark Capital Group was built to preserve relationships, honor the legacy of hardworking property owners, and provide a solution that benefits everyone involved.
